Maintenance Scheduling, Coordinating & Supervision:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Provide close supervision over all work, labor, services and materials required in the operation of the community.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate maintenance staff to service requests from homeowners.<\/li>\n
  • Inspect and follow-up maintenance work to ensure successful completion of service requests.<\/li>\n
  • Keep work order logs of all incoming and completed work orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    24-Hour Emergency Response and Dispatch:<\/u><\/strong>
    \n24 hour emergency line for any and all emergencies. Immediate dispatch of personnel to follow if deemed an emergency.<\/p>\n

    On-Site Visits To Property:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Site visits by Manager<\/li>\n
    • Additional visits for special project supervison if requested by the Board.<\/li>\n
    • On-site inspection reports submitted as requested.<\/li>\n
