      \nAll checks to be deposited and recorded into the Association’s operating account.<\/u><\/p>\n

      Monthly Common-Charge Billing<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n

      • All common\/maintenance charges are billed monthly.<\/li>\n
      • All unit owners\u2019 payments arc mailed directly into a bank lockbox account.<\/li>\n
      • All statements contain a Bulletin Board for monthly communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Past-Due Collections<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n

        • Past-due letters to be sent to all owners in arrears with follow-up on collection procedures, liens, judgments, and foreclosures.<\/li>\n
        • Coordinate with community’s attorney on all legal matters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Budget Preparation And Forecasting<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n

          • Prepare a budget with the Treasurer on an annual basis based on past performance and prevailing economic factors.<\/li>\n
          • Present budget to the Board for review.<\/li>\n
          • Print and distribute budget to all owners within 30-clays prior to the commmunity’s year end.<\/li>\n
