Monthly Management Report:<\/u><\/strong>
\nOn a monthly basis, each Board member receives a monthly Management Report. All reports are received within seven business days prior to monthly Board meeting. This report will contain, but not be limited to the following:<\/p>\n

  • Common Charge delinquent report<\/li>\n
  • Copies of all correspondence to and from homeowners<\/li>\n
  • All legal matters<\/li>\n
  • Maintenance reports<\/li>\n
  • Inspection reports<\/li>\n
  • Telephone and work order logs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
