Monthly Management Report:
On a monthly basis, each Board member receives a monthly Management Report. All reports are received within seven business days prior to monthly Board meeting. This report will contain, but not be limited to the following:
- Common Charge delinquent report
- Copies of all correspondence to and from homeowners
- All legal matters
- Maintenance reports
- Inspection reports
- Telephone and work order logs
