Monthly Management Report:
On a monthly basis, each Board member receives a monthly Management Report. All reports are received within one week prior to the meeting. This report will contain, but not be limited to the following:
- Common Charge delinquent report
- A comprehensive comparative financial statement
- Copies of all correspondence
- Pending legal matters
- Maintenance reports
- Undated homeowner listing
- Inspection reports
- Telephone and work order logs.
LIMS, Inc. maintains a regular Monday thru Friday telephone service, in addition to a 24-hour emergency lines, seven-days a week.
