Monthly Management Report:
On a monthly basis, each Board member receives a monthly Management Report. All reports are received within one week prior to the meeting. This report will contain, but not be limited to the following:

  • Common Charge delinquent report
  • A comprehensive comparative financial statement
  • Copies of all correspondence
  • Pending legal matters
  • Maintenance reports
  • Undated homeowner listing
  • Inspection reports
  • Telephone and work order logs.

Telephone Liaison:
LIMS, Inc. maintains a regular Monday thru Friday telephone service, in addition to a 24-hour emergency lines, seven-days a week.
