Tennis Courts:
Tennis Courts are policed and cleaned on a weekly basis during the growing season.
Windscreens and tennis nets installed and removed yearly.
Light Bulb Replacement:
LIMS Inc. supplies labor to replace burnt out bulbs throughout the community; must be able to be reached with a ladder.
Entranceway:
LIMS Inc. maintains the front entranceway in a manicured fashion at all times.
Twice yearly, the front beds are planted with annual and perennial flowering plants.
Roadway Sweeping:
All roadway and parking areas are power swept two times per year, Spring and Fall.
Leaders & Gutters:
Leaders and gutters are cleaned on or about March 15th and November 15th each year.
Cleaning Of Community:
All papers and general debris are cleaned year round.
