Weekly Maintenance:
All ponds are maintained properly from March through October.
Installation of Aerators & Pumps
LIMS Inc. cleans, lubricates, and installs all aerators in ponds on or about April 1st.
Algae Control:
A liquefied treatment (D.E.C. approved) is installed in all ponds as needed for the control of algae.
Pump & Aerator Maintenance:
- The pond pumps are inspected and maintained, including intake screens, time clocks and all electrical connections.
- Pump & Aerator Repairs
- LIMS Inc. is equipped to repair pumps, if required.
Back Flow Devices
All backflow devices for the irrigation system, ponds, etc. are inspected annually as per County Regulations.
