Monthly/Annual/Special Meetings:
- All meetings are attended by an representative of LIMS Inc.
- Residents are given notice prior to all community meetings.
Clerical Support Services:
- Correspond with Board Members, vendors, residents, and others as needed.
- Assist the Board with amending House Rules and Regulations.
- Enforcement of Rules and Regulations as designated by the Board.
- Maintain files of all homeowner’s correspondence, insurance policies, legal matters, specifications, schematics, blueprints, etc…
- Secure bids for insurance coverage, correspond with agents, prepare claims and follow through.
- Perform other duties normally associated with the managment of a community.
Bid Specifications And Contract Administration:
- Develop specifications for all outside contractual services. Research and present to the Board comparable sealed bids.
- Research references of bidders.
Resident Liaison:
Maintain liaison between the Board and all residents.
Monthly Newsletter:
LIMS, Inc. coordinates the printing and distribution of a monthly newsletter.
