Reporting

Monthly Management Report:
On a monthly basis, each Board member receives a monthly Management Report. All reports are received within seven business days prior to monthly Board meeting. This report will contain, but not be limited to the following:

  • Common Charge delinquent report
  • Copies of all correspondence to and from homeowners
  • All legal matters
  • Maintenance reports
  • Inspection reports
  • Telephone and work order logs
